2023 NFL Playoffs: Best Prop Bets for the Divisional Round

On Thursday, I gave out a pick against the spread for all four games in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs. But some of you prefer to bet props rather than sides, and I’ve got you covered there as well.

Below you’ll find a list of potential plays that you might decide to fire on this weekend.

Trevor Lawrence o38.5 pass attempts

I don’t expect the Jaguars to stop Patrick Mahomes much, which means Lawrence will have to keep up. The Chiefs defense is also sneaky good against the run, ranking eighth during the regular season. Lawrence had 47 pass attempts in the Wild Card Round and 40 back in Week 10 against the Chiefs.

Christian Kirk o5.5 receptions

I’m going with correlation here, and Kirk put up a robust line of 9-105-2 in Week 10 against the Chiefs.

Christian Kirk anytime TD +190

He scored twice against Kansas City in Week 10, and you’re going to give me nearly 2-1 odds on his anytime touchdown prop? Yes please.

A.J. Brown o71.5 receiving yards

He’s eclipsed this in five of his last six games. Brown posted 70 receiving yards against the Giants in Week 14 in what was an Eagles blowout. I don’t expect that to be the same game script in this one. Brown can clear this mark without much volume given his big play ability.

Tee Higgins o65.5 receiving yards

I’m banking on passing yards aplenty in this game, and this is a modest number for the boom-or-bust wideout.

Stefon Diggs o81.5 receiving yards

The Bengals defense ranked seventh in rushing yards allowed during the regular season. It’s going to be an air show on Sunday.

James Cook and Devin Singletary u40.5 rushing yards

I’m banking on correlation here in a pass-heavy game. I don’t see any way both of these guys go over, so at worst you’re going to split here.

Joe Mixon u48.5 rushing yards

Buffalo ranks fifth in run defense and 15th against the pass. I expect (another) quiet day from Mixon on the ground. He’s eclipsed this number just once since Week 15.

Tony Pollard o47.5 rushing yards

Kenneth Walker quietly put up 63 yards on 15 carries against the 49ers last weekend. I like this modest number for the uber-explosive Pollard, who has become the focal point of Dallas’ run game.

Christian McCaffrey o65.5 rushing yards

This feels too obvious against a Dallas defense that ranked 22nd against the run during the regular season, but I’m willing to take it and be proven wrong.

Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk o55.5 receiving yards

The worst you’ll do is a split here. I think they’ll both get over, just as they did against Seattle. Dallas allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this year.

CeeDee Lamb o79.5 receiving yards

For as good as the 49ers defense is, it allowed sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers during the regular season.
