The Buffaloes went 1-11 a year ago, and are closer to replicating that than they are of posting four victories. I have Colorado projected at two wins this season, so I’ll take this plus-money price on under three wins.

Oregon State Over 8.5 Wins (+110)
Schedules are the great equalizer in college football, and Oregon State is set up for success in 2023. The Beavers avoid USC, and get to face Utah and Washington at home. It also helps that they are coming off a 10-3 campaign and appear to be just getting started under Jonathan Smith.
