Deposit a minimum of $100 in their WynnBET account; and
Place a $100 or more straight or parlay bet with odds of -120 or greater (e.g., -100, +150, +2,000) (the “Qualifying Bet”). The qualifying wager must be placed on one wager.
When the Qualifying Bet settles as a win, loss, or push in addition to the standard cash payout of a winning bet, the patron will receive a total of $100 in bonuses. Within 72 hours of the Qualifying Bet settling, the patron will receive a $50 Bet Credit and a $50 Casino Bonus.
For example, if a patron has opted into this promotion and places (for their first WynnBET wager) a $100 money line wager with +110 odds and the bet settles as a win, the bet will pay out $210 as normal ($100 wagered plus $110 in winnings) and the patron will receive $100 total in bet credits.

Universal Promotion Terms & Conditions
Effective from March 2, 2023 through March 2, 2024 Pacific Time.
These rules apply to WynnBET promotions where new patrons will receive a Casino Bonus and a Bet Credit for making their first deposit and qualifying wager on WynnBET. Details of the Casino Bonus and Bet Credits awarded, and the qualifying deposit and qualifying wager will be specified in the communication that informs the patron about the promotion. This promotion is a Welcome Offer for new patrons only.
PROMOTION DETAILS
Promotions governed by these terms will be advertised on the WynnBET app and website by displaying a “tile” to new users ready to make their initial deposits. That tile will link to a page with promotion details. The advertising, tile, and details may include the following detailed information about the promotion:
Promo code (if applicable) as communicated to the patron that must be used at the time of creating an account. If no promo code is communicated, then it is not necessary to use a promo code to be eligible for this promotion.
Minimum Initial Deposit amount. If no deposit amount is specified, then there is no minimum above the standard WynnBET minimum deposit in effect at the time.
Qualifying Wager as communicated to the patron. If qualifying wager is not specified, then any wager for any amount will be eligible.
Bet Credit award details, including:
The amount of the Bet Credit or Bet Credits awarded
If the Bet Credit award is based on the amount deposited, there may be a maximum Bet Credit award available. If no maximum award is specified, the default maximum is $100.
Any limitations on how the Bet Credit may be used, including specific events, sports, or wager types. If there are no limitations specified, the Bet Credit may be applied to any sports wager with odds of -150 or greater.
Unless the promotion details specify otherwise, the Bet Credit will be available within 24 hours after completing the promotion requirements and will expire ten days later if not used.
Casino Bonus award details, including:
The amount awarded. This may be a set amount or may be based on the amount deposited.
If the Casino Bonus award is based on the amount deposited, there may be a maximum Casino Bonus award available. If no maximum award is specified, the default maximum is $1,000.
The wagering requirements (see below for explanation) that apply to the Casino Bonus award.
The expiration time for the Casino Bonus award. If no expiration is specified, the Casino Bonus will expire 10 days after it is awarded by default.
Any other limitations or requirements on the Casino Bonus award.
Unless the promotion details specify otherwise, the Casino Bonus will be available within 24 hours after completing the promotion requirements and will expire ten days later if not used.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for this promotion a patron must:
have a valid, active WynnBET account;
opt into the promotion via the promotion tile on the WynnBET app or website before making their first deposit;
not have opted into any other Welcome Offer promotion;
not have self-excluded or be currently enrolled in an active cooling off period from their WynnBET account.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
In order to participate in this promotion, a patron must take the following steps, in order:
Create a new, valid WynnBET account using an applicable promotional code.
Opt into the promotion by following the promotion tile and choosing to opt in.
Place a Qualifying Wager, as detailed above.
Once the above steps have been completed and the qualifying wager is settled (win, lose, or draw, but not void or cashed out), the Bet Credit(s) and Casino Bonus will be awarded to the patron as detailed above. A voided wager (game is canceled, etc.) will not count as a Qualifying Wager and the patron’s next Qualifying Wager will be eligible for this promotion. If the patron cashes out a Qualifying Wager prior to it settling, the patron will no longer be eligible to participate in this promotion.
Only the first Qualifying Wager made by any patron will be eligible for this promotion. Subsequent wagers will not receive any awards under this promotion.
HOW THE BET CREDIT WORKS AND WHAT YOU CAN USE IT FOR
When the patron receives a Bet Credit, it will appear in the patron’s “wallet” on the WynnBET app and website and may be used to place a wager. Placing a wager with a Bet Credit works just like placing a wager on WynnBET with equivalent cash, subject to the limitations described here.
A Bet Credit may also appear under the name “Free Bet” in certain promotions and communications.
Bet Credits may not be withdrawn, but winnings from wagers placed using Bet Credits may be withdrawn.
The value of any Bet Credit will not be included in any winnings. For example, a $50 bet on an event with +2,000 odds would normally return $1,050 if the bet won ($1,000 winnings, plus the value of the $50 bet). If the same wager was placed using a $50 Bet Credit, the amount returned would be $1,000 (just the winnings, not the value of the bet). Any wager placed using a Bet Credit that results in a loss or a push will not return any amount or credit to the patron.
Bet Credits may expire, based on the rules of the specific promotion or giveaway by which they were awarded. Unless otherwise stated, Bet Credits will expire ten (10) days after being credited to a patron’s WynnBET account.
Bet Credits are only valid on sporting events with odds of -150 or greater (for example, -100, +120, or +5,000). A Bet Credit may not be used on a wager with odds of -175 or -300 or anything less than -150.
Any winnings using the Bet Credit will be credited to the patron’s account within 72 hours of the wager being settled.
Wagers made with Bet Credits may not be settled using the “Cash Out” feature
Bet Credits have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or account balance.
Bet Credits are not returned if the wager placed using a Bet Credit becomes void.
Bet Credit Restrictions
Bet Credits cannot be divided into smaller Bet Credits.
Bet Credits may not be combined with any other promotions, including, but not limited to, additional Power-Ups and Bet Credits. For example, if a patron places a bet using a Bet Credit, they are not permitted to add a Power-Up to that same bet.
Bet Credits may be used for sports wagers only and only for pre-game wagering.
The Bet Credit cannot be used for in-play/live game sports wagers.
Bet Credits are subject to the betting limits of any wager.
Bet Credits may not be used on Boosted Parlay wagers.
Odds Boosts and Parlay Insurance cannot be used in conjunction with Bet Credits.
Bet Credits may not count towards a qualifying wager for any other promotional offer.
Bet Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the participant registered to the account. Bet Credits may not be sold, traded, or otherwise distributed.
ABOUT CASINO BONUS
Casino Bonus is an extra benefit offered by some WynnBET promotions when a patron deposits or wagers certain amounts according to the rules of the specific promotion. Casino Bonus converts to withdrawable cash in the patron’s WynnBET account when certain requirements have been met after the Casino Bonus is acquired.
Details of Awarding Casino Bonus
Casino Bonus will be credited to patron’s account within 24 hours of the qualifying wager or deposit.
Casino Bonus may be awarded through site-wide or targeted promotional campaigns.
Casino Bonus may be awarded directly to a patron at WynnBET’s discretion.
Casino Bonus will expire 10 days after the date it is awarded unless otherwise noted in the promotion details.
Deposited Cash Balance Restricted While Casino Bonus Is Active
If a Casino Bonus is awarded in connection with a deposit (for example, by a “deposit match” promotion), the deposited funds will be “restricted” while the Casino Bonus is active. Restricted funds cannot be withdrawn or used for sports wagering while they are restricted. Any winnings from casino wagering performed while the Casino Bonus is active will also be restricted and will be used first for further casino wagering as described below.
Casino wagering will apply the Patron’s funds in the following order:
1. Any winnings from casino wagers placed while the Casino Bonus is active;
2. Restricted deposited cash;
3. The Casino Bonus value;
4. Any cash that is not restricted because it was already in the Patrons account, unrelated to the promotion awarding the Casino Bonus;
5. Site Credit (aka Chips).
The winnings from Casino Bonus wagers, restricted deposited cash, and Casino Bonus value will remain restricted (cannot withdraw or wager on sports) until one of the following occurs:
(1) When the wagering requirement is met for the Casino Bonus (see below), the remaining deposited cash will be released and the winnings and Casino Bonus amount will convert to withdrawable cash;
(2) When the winnings, restricted deposited cash, and Casino Bonus balance have been completely exhausted, future deposits will not be restricted (unless they are tied to another promotion with similar terms);
(3) If the Casino Bonus expires or is canceled (see below for details), the restricted winnings from wagering while the Casino Bonus was active and the remaining Casino Bonus balance will be forfeited and the remaining cash balance will be released.
How to Convert Casino Bonus to Withdrawable Balance
When a patron receives a Casino Bonus, its value will appear as a restricted balance—which cannot be withdrawn—in the patron’s account. The restricted balance will be released and moved into the patron’s withdrawable funds when the patron has completed the wagering requirement associated with the Casino Bonus, as described above.
The Casino Bonus wagering requirement is a multiple of the Casino Bonus amount, ranging from 1x to 20x. For example, for a Casino Bonus with a $5 value and a 10x multiplier, the wagering requirement will be $50.
The wagering requirement is met by placing wagers on casino games (slots, video poker, table games, etc., but not sports wagering). Additional requirements may apply, such as requiring the patron to wager on specific games or types of games, which will be communicated through the specific promotion that awards the Casino Bonus.
While the patron is playing through the wagering requirement, wagered amounts will be deducted from the patron’s account balances as described above and winnings earned will be restricted while the Casino Bonus is active and will be wagered first on subsequent wagers.
Wagering requirements are subject to game-specific percentages, as described below. For slots, all money wagered will count toward the wagering requirement. For other games, a specific percentage of the amount wagered will count toward the wagering requirement.
When the wagering requirement is met and there are restricted funds available, those funds will be converted to withdrawable funds, which the patron may withdraw or use to wager throughout the WynnBET app and website.
A patron can hold multiple Casino Bonus amounts, subject to different rules and requirements depending on how the Casino Bonuses were obtained. However, only one Casino Bonus amount will be active at a time, so the patron’s wagers will only contribute to the wagering requirement for one Casino Bonus. The next Casino Bonus will be activated after the patron has completed the wagering requirement or canceled the active Casino Bonus.
Game-Specific Percentage Contributions to the Casino Bonus Wagering Requirement
For certain games, a percentage of the wagers placed will apply to an active Casino Bonus wagering requirement. These are the percentages:
100% on slots. Every dollar wagered will count toward the wagering requirement.
20% on video poker and table games (except baccarat and most blackjack). For each dollar wagered, 20 cents will be counted toward the wagering requirement.
20% on 21+3 Progressive Blackjack. For each dollar wagered, 20 cents will be counted toward the wagering requirement.
10% on blackjack (except 21+3 Progressive) and baccarat. For each dollar wagered, 10 cents will be counted toward the wagering requirement.
Examples (if you have a $50 Casino Bonus):
5x Multiplier = $250 Wagering Requirement
- Play $250 on a slot game to satisfy the wagering requirement
- Play $1,250 on a video poker game to satisfy the wagering requirement
- Play $1,250 on a table game (besides baccarat and most blackjack) to satisfy the wagering requirement
- Play $2,500 on a blackjack or baccarat game to satisfy the wagering requirement
10x Multiplier = $500 Wagering Requirement
- Play $500 on a slot game to satisfy the wagering requirement
- Play $2,500 on a video poker game to satisfy the wagering requirement
- Play $2,500 on a table game (besides baccarat and most blackjack) to satisfy the wagering requirement
- Play $5,000 on a blackjack or baccarat game to satisfy the wagering requirement
Wagering requirements can be met by playing combinations of WynnBET casino games and the appropriate amounts will be applied to the Casino Bonus wagering requirement.
For example: A patron is awarded a $50 Casino Bonus with a 5x multiplier (giving a $250 wagering requirement to convert it). The patron starts by wagering $50 on slots. At this point the patron has completed $50 of the wagering requirement (100% on slots). If the patron then wagers $100 on a roulette game, that will count as $20 additional toward the wagering requirement (20% on table games), for a total of $70. The patron may also wager $500 on a blackjack game, which will count as $50 toward the wagering requirement (10% on blackjack), for a total of $120. The patron may complete the remaining $130 of required wagering on any casino game, with the appropriate contribution percentages applied. Once the wagering requirement is fully met, the remaining restricted funds will move from the restricted balance into the withdrawable balance in the patron’s wallet.
Canceling Casino Bonus
Once a Casino Bonus has been awarded, the patron may cancel it by contacting WynnBET Customer Service at any time before the wagering requirement is fully satisfied. The entire remaining Casino Bonus amount and any restricted winnings from wagers placed while the Casino Bonus was active will be canceled and forfeited. Any remaining deposited cash will be released and available for withdrawal or other wagers.
Once a Casino Bonus has been canceled, it cannot be recovered. Any wagers that have contributed to the wagering requirement for the canceled Casino Bonus will not be reapplied to the wagering requirements for any other Casino Bonus award. No portion of the canceled Casino Bonus value will be converted to withdrawable funds.
General Terms
Terms and conditions for this and any WynnBET promotion are to be read in conjunction with the WynnBET general terms of service. In the event of a conflict between the general terms of service and these promotion terms and conditions, the general terms of service shall prevail.
This promotion is being conducted in accordance with M.A.C. Rules 432.649 and 432.749.
WynnBET will retain details of promotions in accordance with Michigan Gaming Control Board recordkeeping requirements.
Patron must be physically located within the State of Michigan to participate in any Michigan WynnBET promotion and to wager on any device.
Only one account permitted per unique name, device or computer, or IP address.

WynnBET, in its sole discretion, may deny, withhold, or withdraw from any patron participation in this promotion or prize from this promotion if WynnBET believes patron is engaging in abuse, misuse, or manipulation or attempt to abuse, misuse, or manipulate this promotion, and/or terminate patron’s WynnBET account. Collusion (or suspected collusion) between patrons will not be accepted by WynnBET and will lead to disqualification from this promotion as well as from eligibility to be awarded the prize from this promotion and may result in termination of patron’s WynnBET account.
WynnBET is required to monitor WynnBET accounts for any unusual or suspicious activities and report any suspicious activities, including, but not limited to, suspicious wagers, suspicious transactions, or fraudulent activity (including collusion), to the gaming regulators and federal government. WynnBET has the right to contact law enforcement or relevant authorities for any unusual or suspicious activities by any patron participating in this promotion, which will result in patron’s disqualification from this promotion, and may result in termination of patron’s WynnBET account.
WynnBET reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the promotion for violation of these rules, terms or house rules.
