4.3.5.For further information on financial protection please refer to Self-exclusion and Financial Protection of Account Holders in the Section below:

Self-exclusion and Financial Protection of Players

4.3.6. We are aware that whilst for the majority of Account Holders' gambling is simply an entertaining pastime, for a small number of people it can become a problem. Account Holders have the right to Self-Exclude from their Account for a definite period (6 months up to max. of 5 years) or indefinite period of time should they no longer wish to bet by sending us a request via an email on support@BetBull.com. 4.3.7. Alternatively, the Account Holders can access their personal BetBull Account and from the Settings go to “Safer Gambling” - “Self-Exclusion” section, select the specific period (six months, one year, two years, five years) and confirm the selection by clicking the “Next” button. The request will be accepted immediately, and the Account Holders will receive confirmation by email.

4.3.8. Once the Self-Exclusion is activated, BetBull will not accept any deposits or bets. BetBull will close the Account and return any remaining balance back to the payment method which was used for original deposits. Any ongoing bets will remain active and any winnings will be paid to the Account Holder on termination of the event. An active Self-Exclusion cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever and the Account Holders are not permitted to open another BetBull Account. Once an Account Holder requests Self-Exclusion, this decision is irrevocable until the defined period of Self-Exclusion has expired, at which time the Account Holders can contact BetBull by email or chat and either request to resume gambling or set another period of Self-Exclusion. BetBull will first schedule a call with the Account Holder to discuss the reopening of the account. A 24-hour “cooling off” period will apply to those who have been approved to resume gambling. In case the Self-Exclusion period expires and the Account Holder does not contact BetBull to resume gambling, the BetBull account shall remain Self-Excluded.

8.     BONUS RULES

8.1.  General

8.1.1.BetBull regularly organises bonus campaigns for the different gaming products offered. The Terms and Conditions of the bonus system shall be defined in the Bonus Terms and Conditions tailored to each bonus campaign. Bonuses can be subject to the obligation of wagering them a certain number of times (“Wagering Requirement”) before they can be withdrawn. If a bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement, winnings generated by the wager of the bonus will be able to be withdrawn only when the Wagering Requirement is fulfilled. There may be certain restrictions on the wagers that will count towards meeting any Wagering Requirement, and any such restrictions will be set out in the Terms and Conditions for each relevant bonus.

8.1.2.Any funds in your BetBull Account that are attributable to: (i) any bonus not immediately withdrawable/redeemable, (ii) all winnings made with the bonus subject to uncompleted Wagering Requirements, and, (iii) for mixed wagers, the share of any winnings from them proportionate to the share of the stake from the Bonus Balance and subject to uncompleted Wagering Requirements will together constitute your "Bonus Balance". Your Bonus Balance will be treated separately to all other funds in your BetBull Account (including deposits and winnings from cash bets) and shall be clearly displayed to you in your Player profile. Failure to achieve Wagering Requirements will not have an effect on withdrawal of any funds in your BetBull Account other than your Bonus Balance. The order of the wagering is: first cash money then bonus balance.

8.1.3.An Account Holder is eligible for one bonus per campaign, with the exception of so-called “Refer a friend” campaigns.

8.1.4.An Account Holder is only eligible for one bonus per Account which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, device, telephone number, debit cards and/or e-payment account and e-mail address.

8.1.5.BetBull further reserves the right to ask any Account Holder to provide sufficient documentation for BetBull to be confident in its absolute discretion as to the Account Holder’s identity before BetBull credits any bonus, free and risk-free bet or offer to the Account Holder’s account.

8.1.6.BetBull reserves the right to offer a specific bonus to a specific Account Holder or group of Account Holders.

8.1.7.In the case of discrepancy between the English version of the bonus Terms and Conditions and any translation of them, the English version shall prevail.

8.1.8.BetBull reserves the right acting reasonably to withhold, restrict or cancel an offer from individual account holders in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of the specific Terms and Conditions of the promotion in question. All promotional information and terms can be found in BetBull knowledge base or by contacting Customer Support.

8.1.9.BetBull reserves the right to change or end any promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons and due to any unforeseen technical issues, human error or action by a third party.

8.2.1.Each qualifying bet is subject to the qualification rules detailed in the individual bonus.

8.2.2.The Sports Betting Rules can be found here: https://BetBull.com/#sports-betting-rules. By agreeing to be bound by these BetBull Rules, you also agree to be bound by and comply with the Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into and form part of the BetBull Rules.

8.3.     Suspicious betting

8.3.1. For the purpose of this Clause 8.3., “Suspicious Betting” shall refer to situations where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a bet or a number of bets have been placed in suspicious circumstances. Suspicious Betting shall include, but not be limited to:

a) situations where there is an unreasonable frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of bets (by comparison with betting norms) placed on the same selection(s) in a short space of time;

b) cases where there is an unreasonable frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of Bets placed on the same selection(s) and where the theoretical probability of these selection(s) winning at the time of Bet(s) placement, based on the odds offered on the selection(s) at the time of Bet placement, is largely inconsistent with the theoretical probability of the same selection(s) winning calculated using their accumulated starting prices;

b) where the integrity of an event (or events) is being questioned, including, for example, but not limited to where one (or more) of the participants in an event displays exceptional form which we reasonably believe was known to you or someone connected to you at the time of bet placement but was concealed from the public generally in order to gain an unfair advantage in any bets placed on that event (or those events);

c) where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet or a string of connected bets were placed robotically, by automated means, or otherwise than through the account holder placing each bet manually via their account;

d) where we reasonably believe that you have used unfair external factors or influences connected with the event(s) the subject of any bet(s);

e) where we reasonably suspect that you have opened duplicate accounts or where we reasonably suspect that superfluous accounts are under common control with your account with a view to concealing the true worth, nature or pattern of bets placed by you or on your behalf, even if superfluous accounts are opened under different names;

f) where we have a suspicion, acting reasonably, that you are acting in cooperation with others or that you are acting other than on your own behalf; or

g) where we reasonably believe that bets have been placed from a location or device other than the location or device which you claim to have used to place a bet; or

h) where we reasonably believe that you have been placing stakes in a manner that aims to ensure that 90% or more of those stakes are recouped in winnings, with the intention of increasing the wagering volume with minimal win/loss expectancy. For example (but not limited to), placing bets on red and black and the green zero or covering the majority of the table on roulette;

i) where we reasonably believe that you have been placing single or multiple stakes (whether from cash funds and/or bonus) of a value of twenty percent (20%) or more of the original bonus amount (including via the use of in-game mechanics that allow players to gamble winnings awarded from a previous spin) on any single game, individual hand, or round;

j) where we reasonably believe that you have been building a balance and then significantly changing play patterns (stake size, game types, stake structures, etc.) in order to meet the Wagering Requirements;

k) where we reasonably believe that you have been placing large stakes which result in a substantial gain followed by a drop in stake size equal to or more than seventy five percent (75%) of the previous average stake size until the Wagering Requirements have been met; and

l) where we reasonably believe that you have been colluding with other Account Holders to pursue a strategy to result in guaranteed overall profits regardless of the outcome for an individual Account Holder.

8.3.2 In the case of any of the activities contemplated by Clause 8.3.1, and without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may, acting reasonably, and depending on the circumstances:

a) request further information from you as may reasonably be required by us to investigate whether the bet or bets constitute Suspicious Betting for the purpose of Clause 8.3;

b) suspend or withhold payment of any amounts (or any parts thereof) pending the receipt by us of satisfactory evidence from you in order for us to determine (acting reasonably) that a bet does not constitute a suspicious bet as such term is referred to in Clause 8.3. For example, but without limitation, where we suspect that a bet or a string of connected bets may have been placed robotically or by automated means, we may require you to provide reasonable evidence that each Bet was placed manually by you via your account. You further acknowledge and accept that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to collect and process any information in connection with your betting patterns, personal data, depositing of funds and any other related information and inquiries that will help us to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions;

c) suspend or withhold payment of any amounts (or any parts thereof), usually for no longer than 30 days but where relevant for such longer period of time as may reasonably be required (for example, pending any investigations by Betbull, any sports governing body, a gambling regulator, a law enforcement authority or any other Third Party);

d) void a bet or a string of connected bets (including for example multiples) prior to the event. Where possible, we shall communicate to you in advance that the bet(s) has (or have) been voided prior to the (first) event the subject of the bet(s);

e) calculate any winnings based on the starting price of the event(s) the subject of the bet(s). Where possible, we shall communicate to you in advance that any bet(s) will be settled at the starting price; or

f) where there is an unreasonable frequency and/or unusual pattern of bets placed on the same selection(s) in a short space of time and where we have grounds to believe that the bets are connected, limit the payment of winnings in respect of those bets (and where necessary with such limitation applied across multiple accounts) to the maximum payout for individual bets on any particular market or markets as set out in the Sports Betting Rules.

8.3.3. Where we have reasonable suspicion that you have participated in, or have been connected with, any type of Suspicious Betting, we shall use our reasonable endeavours to investigate such matter, including but not limited to through the use of various collusion, Suspicious Betting, fraud and cheating detection practices which are used in the gambling industry.

8.3.4. We reserve the right to terminate an account if we reasonably suspect any of the activities described in Clause 9.1 in connection with that account.

8.3.5. Where a bet is deemed to be, or is declared, void by us prior to an event, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that bet shall be credited to your account.

8.3.6. We reserve the right to seek to recover from you any losses we suffer that are directly or indirectly connected to any of the activities contemplated in Clause 8.3. This right is without prejudice to any other rights (including common law rights) that we may have against you, whether under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.

8.3.7. We will not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any loss you or any other person may incur as a result of the collusive or other behaviour in breach of this Clause 8.3. Further, we reserve the right, but shall not be obliged, to take any other actions in the case of any of the activities contemplated in Clause 8.3.

8.3.8. In exercising any of our rights under this Clause 8.3, we shall ensure that we exercise such rights in a manner which is fair to you and to our customers generally. If you have any comments or queries, please reach out to our Customer Support.

9.     ACCOUNT LIMITS AND MAXIMUM BETS

9.1.  The following are the limits that can be won by a single Account Holder in respect of any one day’s business. We will not accept bets that exceed these limits. In the case of bets taken in error, the limit will stand and the portion of the stake which did not return winnings will be returned to you. All limits are noted in Pounds Sterling.

Football

£50,000– All English Premier League, Spain Primera Liga, Italy Serie A, Germany Bundesliga, France Ligue 1, FIFA World Cup, UEFA European Championships, UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup.

£25,000 – Any other leagues.

Other Sports

Up to £25,000 – All other sports as detailed in their individual rules.

Non-Sport and Specialty Bets

£5,000 – Includes bets on media and television events such as Eurovision Song Contest, Big Brother etc.

9.2.  It is the responsibility of the Account Holder to ensure details of their bets/wagers are correct. Once bets/wagers have been placed they may not be cancelled by the Account Holder. BetBull reserves the right to cancel any bet/wager at any time.

10.   BET CONFIRMATION

10.1. Bets will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.

10.2. A bet that you request will only be valid once accepted by BetBull’s servers. Each valid bet will receive a unique transaction code/ID. We shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets, which are not issued with a unique transaction code/ID. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet, please check your account history or contact us.

10.3. Should a dispute arise, you and BetBull agree that BetBull’s transaction log database shall be used to determine such matters.

11.   RESULTING AND PAYOUT

11.1. All bets and wagers are subject to the Sports Betting Rules.

11.2. BetBull reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any bet/wager at any time. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. BetBull also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.

11.3. The 'To Return' calculation available on the Website is for information purposes only, and all bets will be calculated using the stake at the odds accepted. In multiple bets with a void selection(s) the 'To Return' figure is reduced in line with this selection being removed only.

11.4. Should an Account Holder include a non-runner or void selection in a multiple bet, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections only.

11.5. Winnings from resulted bets are added to the balance of your betting account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not to be considered available for use, and BetBull reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or thereafter when found. This may cause your balance to become negative.

11.6. BetBull reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred:

  1. the integrity of the event has been questioned;

  2. the price(s) has been manipulated; or

  3. match fixing has taken place. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with BetBull across any of our betting channels. A decision given by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (if any) will be conclusive.

11.7. If any Account Holder owes any money to BetBull for any reason, BetBull have the right to take that into account before making any payments to that Account Holder.

11.8. In the case of a series of bets being placed by individuals or a syndicate to manipulate the Sports Betting Rules, BetBull have the right to withhold/stop payment or winnings until such a time as BetBull are satisfied no BetBull Rules have been broken.

11.9. For events where there is no official “off” declared, the declared original start time of the event will be deemed the “off”. If for any reason a bet is accepted after an event or match has started (other than In-Play betting clearly indicated on the Website), bets will stand if the final outcome is not known, and that no participant/team has gained any material advantage from this at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of an event/market is known or if a participant/team has gained any material advantage at the time the bet was placed, BetBull reserves the right to void and return the bet, win or lose. Disputes over times that bets are placed will be settled using the transaction logs on our servers. All times stated on the Website and/or referred to by BetBull staff relate to UK Time unless stated otherwise.

11.10.   In-Play betting - where we have good reason to suspect that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event/market is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off etc.) BetBull reserves the right to void the bet, win or lose.

11.11.   If for any reason BetBull is unable to properly validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of information), all bets will be void, unless the result of bets is already previously determined.

11.12.   If for any reason BetBull fails to advertise the event properly, meaning there will be a typo, misprint or misconception in the name of a team/participant name/tournament, BetBull reserves the right to void bets placed on such events and/or competitions if there is a reasonable suspicion that perception of this event was disrupted due to above mentioned error. BetBull will pursue settlement of such bets in situations where such ruling is applicable and fair.

12.   OBVIOUS PRICE OR TERMS ERRORS

12.1. Whilst every effort is made to avoid errors, however, sometimes they can still occur due to human error or system problems. Obvious errors, also referred to as palpable errors, or omissions in respect of the announcing, publishing or marking of prices, handicaps, or results sometimes occur despite our efforts to ensure total accuracy.

12.2. In the event that we make an obvious error, which occurs when the Odds/Terms offered are materially different from that available in the general market and/or are clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring, we reserve the right to amend that error and settle bets at the correct Odds/Terms available when the bet was struck.

12.3. If we have made an obvious error on the Odds/Terms of a bet placed on an in-play market, we will settle that bet at the accurate Odds/Terms of that selection and/or bet at the time of bet placement.

12.4. If we have made an obvious error on a bet placed on a market offered before an event has started, then the following will take place:

12.4.1.  if more advantageous Odds/Terms have been applied at the time of bet placement, we will settle the bet at the accurate Odds/Terms at the time of bet placement or, on the condition that verification is provided, at the best Odds/Terms available.

12.4.2.  if less advantageous Odds/Terms have been applied at the time of bet placement, we will settle that bet at the accurate Odds/Terms of that selection and/or bet at the time of bet placement.

12.5. We will make every effort to inform Account Holders before the event starts of an obvious error in prices, handicaps, or terms, but this may not be possible in all cases.

13.   INTELLECTUAL ASSETS

13.1. We are the owner or licensee of the Intellectual Assets. You are not granted any right to use, and may not use, any of our Intellectual Assets other than as set out in the BetBull Rules. 14.4. A "Complaint" means a Complaint about any aspect of the BetBull’s conduct of the licensed activities, and a ‘dispute’ is any Complaint which:

b)     relates to the outcome of the complainant’s gambling transaction.

14.5. Account Holders wishing to register a Complaint must do so by contacting BetBull’s support team via email by writing to: complaints@BetBull.com or live chat. In the first instance, after receiving the Complaint, BetBull will send an acknowledgment of receipt to the player within 24 hours. BetBull will endeavour to resolve the Complaint to the satisfaction of both parties within 8 weeks. Should this not be possible we will explain why and provide a date by which the Account Holder can expect a full response.

14.7.4.  This procedure may, but need not, provide for the independent party’s proposed resolution of the dispute to be binding on both parties.

14.8. BetBull is obliged to keep a record of all complaints and disputes, other than those considered to be trivial, including all disputes referred for arbitration that are not resolved at the first stage of the complaints’ procedure.
