  • Borrowing money to gamble or pay gambling debts

  • Gambling to escape worry or trouble

  • Neglecting the care of oneself or family in order to gamble

  • Lying about the amount of time and money spent on gambling

  • Gambling more money in an attempt to win back losses

  • Selling or pawning personal possessions to get money to gamble

  • Feelings of hopelessness, depression, or suicide as a result of gambling

UNDERAGE GAMBLING

It may be a criminal offense for persons under the age of 21 to gamble. Anyone who facilitates a person under the age of 21 to gamble may have committed a criminal offense and shall be prohibited from Internet or mobile sports betting. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Services, including, without limitation, by persons under 21 years of age in connection with your account.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible to configure your device's auto-lock feature to protect your device from unauthorized use.

You are prohibited from allowing any other person to access, use, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account with WSI US, LLC. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, and you will be responsible for all uses of your login information, including purchases and wagers, whether or not authorized by you. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account, whether or not such actions were taken by you. You therefore acknowledge that your account may be terminated if someone else uses it to engage in any activity that violates the terms of service or is otherwise improper or illegal.

In the event you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, including, without limitation any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your login information or unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify us at legal@wynnbet.com and modify your login information.

RETRIEVING OR CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD

You may reset your password by selecting "Forgotten Password" from the login screen and providing your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours containing a link to reset your password. At that time, you will need to answer two security questions for verification.

You may change your password by selecting "Settings & Privacy" when logged in and clicking on "Security & Login." You must have strong authentication enabled on your account to change your password.

Enabling strong authentication adds an extra level of security each time you log into your WynnBET account. If you enable this option, you will be asked for a PIN code at each login attempt.

MOBILE GAMING BOUNDARIES

To ensure all patrons are indeed within the state where wagering will occur, we use geo-location technology to verify you are within the geographical boundaries approved for use of the gaming services.

ACCOUNT AND GAME HISTORY

Your account and game history is accessible by logging into your account, choosing "Bank & Account History" from the side menu and then selecting "Account History." You will be provided with a list of all wagers, deposits and withdrawals on your account from the last six months. COMPLAINTS

To file a complaint with WynnBET, please e-mail all relevant facts and circumstances to Customer Support.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, WynnBET will be under no obligation to consider any claims or disputes whether between you and another user or you and WynnBET that are more than thirty days after the date of the original transaction or event giving rise to the dispute. All claims or disputes should be raised with Customer Support.
